For years I have allowed certain things to take place in my life, that I didn't know was hurting my overall wellbeing. I am now in a place of knowing if a person or a situation isn't bringing me peace, it must be removed. So how do I do this in a respectful matter? Always set a healthy boundary.
I gradually remove myself without blaming the other party for anything. Playing the blame game only escalates issues, and causes you to end a relationship instead of repositioning were people should be in your life. That is another lesson that I will share at another time.
I want you to remember just because a person isn't who you thought they were doesn't mean that they are a bad person, you just have to be mindful of how you interact with individuals over time. That is all for now and remember to give yourself the grace to learn something new about yourself and others.
Sincerely,
Nique Speaks
