Be Responsible!

I found myself dating the wrong type of men due to a lack of confidence within myself for convenience. It wasn't until I had to take a serious step back to realize that I wasn't intentional about my own wants and needs. Gaining attention is one thing, but paying attention to someone who is actually paying attention in how they show up for you is a whole other level.

I went from dating random guys to now being more selective in who I give my time and energy to. I am also learning to give myself the grace to get to know someone. Building an intentional foundation takes time, and you have to allow time to tell if a person is really for you or if they are just playing a role. Trust me, I know this feeling all too well.

This is the beginning of many stories that I will be sharing, and it is my hope that once you discover how intentional you are with yourself that you too will be able to share your story as well.
