Nique Speaks presents

The Healing Retreat 2027

From Releasing to Rebuilding Relationships

March 18–20, 2027 | Detroit, Michigan Area

What becomes possible when you give yourself permission to pause, process what you've carried, and make room for a different way of relating to yourself and others?

Join Nique Speaks for an intimate, three-day healing retreat designed to create space for reflection, emotional awareness, self-regulation, and more intentional relationships.

This is an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and invest in your personal growth in a supportive environment where you can learn, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

Your next chapter does not have to be shaped by the patterns you are ready to change.

This Experience Is for You If…

  • You recognize patterns in your relationships that you are ready to understand more deeply.

  • You have spent so much time caring for others that you need space to care for yourself.

  • You want to understand how past experiences may influence the way you communicate, connect, and respond.

  • You are learning to establish boundaries, regulate your emotions, and honor your needs without guilt.

  • You are ready to move beyond awareness and begin exploring new ways of showing up in your relationships.

You do not have to have everything figured out. You simply have to be willing to make room for yourself.

What Makes This Retreat Different?

Healing is not a one-size-fits-all process. Information matters, but so do rest, reflection, embodied experiences, and the opportunity to connect what you learn to your everyday life.

Throughout this retreat, we will bring together guided learning, experiential wellness services, facilitated discussions, and intentional time to process.

Our focus is not to define you by what you have experienced. It is to help you explore what those experiences may have taught you, recognize the patterns you want to change, and consider what healthier relationships can look and feel like moving forward.

Your Three-Day Experience

Thursday, March 18 | Arrive, Pause & Set Your Intention

We begin by creating space to slow down, settle in, and become present to the experience ahead.

  • Welcome and retreat orientation with Chantinique Langston

  • Opening sound bath meditation

  • Guided reflection and intention-setting

  • Light refreshments and connection with fellow participants

This opening day is an invitation to pause the outside noise and begin turning your attention inward.

Friday, March 19 | Understand, Regulate & Release

Friday brings together learning and experiential wellness in a coordinated rotation between the hotel meeting space and Motor City Floats.

At the hotel: Participate in facilitated learning focused on self-regulation, with opportunities to explore practical ways of understanding and responding to your emotional experiences.

At Motor City Floats: Experience scheduled wellness services designed to support rest and relaxation, including float therapy and sauna access, with reanimation therapy incorporated into the retreat experience as scheduled.

Participants will rotate between locations so that everyone has an opportunity to take part in the planned sessions and services.

The goal is to create space not only to learn something new, but also to slow down and notice what you may need moving forward.

Saturday, March 20 | Process, Reimagine & Reconnect

Saturday builds on the previous day's experience by exploring trauma, processing, and the ways our experiences can influence our relationships.

  • Facilitated education with a social worker on trauma and processing

  • Scheduled experiential wellness services and reflection

  • Rest and personal integration time

  • Closing dinner and the Relationship Kickback Panel Discussion

During our closing panel, we will come together to reflect on what we have learned and experienced.

We will explore how releasing old patterns and gaining new information may influence the way we think about ourselves, communicate our needs, establish boundaries, and approach relationships.

We will close with an intentional opportunity to connect the experience to the relationships we are building and the people we are becoming.
